White Chili with Chicken

1 med onion chopped
1 4oz can of chopped chilis (mild)
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 c chicken broth
2 (15.5 oz) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
½ tsp salt
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ c cold water

2 c cooked chicken diced or 1 lb ground chicken or turkey browned In a large saucepan, cook onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender.  Stir in broth, beans, parsley, lime juice, and cumin; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into chili.  Add chicken.  Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
