Janet’s Lazy Shrimp Scampi

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 lemons (more or less to taste)
  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (use 2 for an extra zesty dish)
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and set aside. Melt butter and pour into a 9×13 pan or cookie sheet with a rim. Slice lemons and lay in the melted butter. Place raw shrimp over the lemon slices. Sprinkle the dressing mix over the shrimp and lemons. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until shrimp is cooked through. Toss with the cooked pasta and serve.
