Golf Ball Potatoes

1 #10 can of round potatoes (I buy mine at GFS)

1 stick of butter (salted or unsalted to your taste)

2 teaspoons Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Salt divided

Open up the can of potatoes and drain off all the liquid.  Place half of contents into a 4 to 6 quart crockpot.  Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the seasoning over the potatoes.  Add the remaining potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning.  Cut the butter into pieces (approximately 12) and place around the top surface of the potatoes.  Close the crockpot and cook on high for at least 3 hours, or on low for 4 to 5 hours.  Try to stir at least once after the butter has melted.  These can cook longer.  They are very forgiving and very kid friendly.  If you don’t like Jane’s seasoning, you can use any that you prefer.
