Chocolate Orange Kahlua Cake

1 19.5 oz pkg devil’s food cake mix*
8 oz sour cream
½ C cooking oil
½ C water
4 eggs
1 box INSTANT chocolate fudge pudding mix (4 serving size)
¼ C Kahlua
2 T shredded orange peel
1 t cinnamon
1 12 oz pkg semisweet chocolate pieces
Powdered sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.  Blend everything except the chocolate chips and powdered sugar.  Beat on high 4 minutes.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Pour into greased and floured 10 in fluted tube or Bundt pan.  Bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.  Invert onto wire rack and cool completely.  When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

*if you can only find 15.5 oz cake mixes, add ½ C Jiffy cake mix to the recipe.

12-16 servings.
